@r25rjr He was the most frightening in my opinion. He still baffles psychologists. He had a college degree, looked normal, handsome etc. He'd take severed heads home to sleep with them, would return to scenes to have sex with the decomposed corpses. And at the point of death he admitted to inhaling his victims last breath at times. Truly evil and all the while he was admired for his intellect.

@DREwestcoast But I've talked to people who've held that exact viewpoint; that all that is required for salvation is to accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior. Yet they would never relinquish the point that that would mean there is no "ultimate justice" but instead your eternal destiny is based on an arbitrary rule.
If there's a better conclusion to be drawn from this than that it is plainly a creation of mankind, please, do enlighten me.
