Be Child Cancer Aware is proud to announce that we are now working in the UK with Beads of courage. Beads of Courage is a long standing charity which awards young cancer patients with special beads marking each milestone reached throughout their difficult treatments. On Monday 13th December 2010 This advert is being broadcast on the following channels: Sky 655; Virgin 756; Freesat 807 between 2-6.monday and repeated all night. Jewellary maker will be lending a hand by offering a special kit, for each kit sold they will donate Five pounds to Be Child Cancer Aware so they can continue their work to help young sufferers. Be Child Cancer Aware is driving major change in the Childhood cancer scene. We are the first and currently only charity to directly raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of childhood cancer by sending awareness cards to every school in the UK. We are now working in conjunction with Beads of Courage to bring this programme into the UK, and have already started to get hospitals signed up.
