This intentionally cheeky ad from Universal Health Care Foundation of Connecticut, titled "Poor Coverage," shows middle class citizens who are left -- literally and figuratively -- uncovered and without adequate health coverage, in the very state that's the center of the insurance industry. The ad is intended to draw attention to the fact that more than 400,000 Connecticut residents are walking around the state missing basic health care coverage.
