This is totally awesome! There are some animated things here I've never seen. Your neighbors and friends must just love you. You have a real passion for decorating with villages.

Thank you so much for the information about the two-lane road and cars! I just watched your video again! I can watch it over and over and over! It's totally AWESOME!!! Thanks for sharing your Christmas Village with all of us! Merry Christmas to you too!!

Hi! Glad you enjoyed the village. The road came out of a box with two battery-operated cars. Lemax is the brand name. Merry Christmas!!

I LOVE your Christmas village! It is beautifully displayed and awesome! I have a couple of questions: Did you make the two-lane road where the cars are moving, or did you buy it? If you bought it, what is the name of the set, and where did you buy it? (Dept.56 had a road(now retired), but it only had one track.) I really like the way that you used your moving cars to end your video!

Absolutely amazing! I just logged on looking for ONE church... now I want a village like this. haha Beautiful job! And great job with the video too! Thanks for sharing!
This is great! Couple questions, what did you for a backdrop? Where did you find the "flying" santa in the sleigh? And finally, what did you use to make the water?

Sorry for the late reply. We used Lemax blue plastic sheets of water under which we laid crinkled-up tin foil shiny side up. Looks very real and is very simple to do. You could probably use any transparent material over the foil.
