I think that year was one of the best.
They played the Tempest beautifully!
Congratulations to the orchestra (Full) and the music teacher!
The snap near the end was from me taking a picture...
Thanks for your comment and rating.

Note: I uploaded this video just to share the result of efforts in learning + practicing that kids from local school had so much fun doing it.
I personnaly enjoyed it very much and I am glad that so many parents and friends did it too.
I was there at the performance and they sounded great!
Sorry if you don't like it, if you think they played it too fast or if you think you and/or your band/school/friends can do better, good for you.
Constructive criticisms are accepted but ANY use of bad language or perjorative expression will be removed.
Thank you.

  • i play 2nd violin and we learned how to play this this year... but the problem with my school is that there arn't many kids so we have like 1 cello, 1 double bass, and 2 violias so ours doesn't sound as complete as this. btw, who is the conducter?

  • @MsEpicAwesome the teacher is Mr. Houck

  • what grade is this?

  • @EneriOtaku They were 7th and 8th graders. They automatically placed all the 7th graders in second violin.

  • great but 2nd violins wen you play open A for like 20 measures you hav the bowing all wrong! its down up up down up up down up up. our composer is a perfectionest soo.....

  • @ahilahilahilahil yes, my daughter says you are right on your comment and that she did do it that way but unfortunatelly not everyone paid closely attention in doing it the right way, oh well... everybody did their best and again they did sound great...

    thanks for your constructive input.

  • where is this? and AMAZING OF AWESOME! that would be fun to play at school.

  • We are playing this in our school band, so no violins. We are probably just as good as these kids, who are amazing. We are grade 8 band, and I am a clarinet. We have the a a a a a a a a a opart, which another clarinet also call's it the a a a song, because we pretty much just play a. But it is a great song.

  • *grade nor grace XD

  • My 6th grace band is learning this! But these people are 1000000 times better than us ;A;

  • My 8th grade orchestra just started playing this today, and we can already play all the way through it! Love the song and VIOLAS FOREVER!
