Awesome cheoreography! BTW ... Great job on standing up about your body type. You definitely don't need to loose weight, you obviously have an athletic body type which is perfect rather than a size 0 body with no muscle mass or ability to do cardio.

ms. summerhill, I and my groupmates chose this great video for our PE class. could u help us determine what are the parts of our body that will be benefited in this dance aero video?

@dyanbautista11 Lunges work your quads, hamstrings, glutes, even calves some. If you do the forward part on on your tiptoes more, it works your calves some more. The hook punches work the chest and biceps, but you have to really put some power into them. If you twist your torso when you hook-punch, you work your core muscles--obliques, and your abs if you flex them. And it's cardio, so it's working your heart. :-) That's cool that you're from the Philippines; my BFF just married a Filipino guy

Not to be rude but you'd think that from all these dances u wouldve lost weight

Don't be an insincere ass. You ARE trying to be rude; own it. I like the way I look; I don't plan on changing a thing about myself. :-) The most important reason to exercise SHOULD be to get and/or stay fit, NOT to lose weight. That said, fit people come in all different shapes and sizes.

@emandmadi Fun. I'm a 29-year-old fitness instructor. I teach fitness dance classes to other elderly people in their 20s...and their ancient 30s...oh, and 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s. But you're suggesting that maybe...it's already too late for us? We should quit exercising at 29 and just stick to rocking chairs and afghan-knitting?
