it's in the title "flower drum song" Fiddler on the roof was much more successful story about Jews in Russia than this one about Chinese in American San Francisco. It 's not the most obscure rogers and hammerstein but close, and usually takes a mostly asian community to put it on since asians complain if whites are cast in it, unfortunately.
