  • As long as the pony is fit and healthy, there is no reason why it cannot carry this girl for a small while. It looks worse than it is as she is tall and slim, had she been shorter she would not have looked as bad. And all those who say this is abuse are blowing it way out of proportion. She is not beating the animal or starving it, she is merely giving it a bit of exercise. Any equine abuse charities would laugh in your face if you said this was abuse.

  • nice to see u rode him :)

so many people have little ponies they jus leave in the field to get obese and have laminitis

    he was lovely :) xx

  • My vet told me there is a difference the way Shetlands carry weight and minis carry weight and that shetland can actually carry more than a miniature. Has anyone else ever heard this? I used to have a mini but I didn't ride him

  • any one who says this is abuse obviously doesnt know anything about ponies. a pony can only carry 20% of their body weight. the that means a 600 pound pony can carry up to 120 pounds on their back. calm down, its not abuse. ponies need exercise just like horses, otherwise they get fat and get laminitis, which is impossible to help, and an animal with laminitis should be put down. its nice to see someone else who rides ponies like me. im 5'4'' and ride a pony whos 13 hands tall and 600 lbs :)

  • I thought to say this kindly. the rider is far too long about a small cooler for pony. you suffer from sitting back and pony are spoiled. little pony is comfortable to wear around the big riders. I would recommend to a low for larger ponies. otherwise nice video:) sorry my bad english xD

  • He was super cute and you did look tall on him but not too heavy for him. It must feel very strange riding such a small pony!

  • awww I ride a mini pony and im 5'3 hes 10 hands :) he bucked me off , check it out on my channel . hes a little paibt :) i subbed , subbed back?

  • oopsie to big again

  • @fifibabes1994 : Exactly. RIding a pony to much when you are to tall is not good for a long time, but for a while it's okay. It's not like she was to heavy or anything :D

  • @horseluver54376 why say no offence... then offend someone?

  • no offense but kind of stupid video

  • its a cute pony ! ;)
