@DLongmuir16 probably no need to plant anything, I bet wheel clamping is the 'legal' front for a lot of other more dubious stuff. Clampers are criminals, so who knows what other pies their dirty fingers are in.

Those bolt cutters in the video are too small.. 48" bolt cutters will go through the locks, the chains and the bolts on clamps with ease. You only need weight and a little strength and the right method and it's quick, easy and quiet.. ..

@trevtrash this is why scotland is win =D and its also an argument for the use of a motorcycle, its difficult to clamp one and there are few places we arent allowed to park, ie. double yellow lines and.......i genuinely cant think of any more =D
