cook dis shit with some garlic, onion and chilli, then you add some chicken to dat bitch, DAAAMN is good man.
Also if u add chicken it has like 70grams of protein and 30g of fiber

I use Califlower and white beans! You don't need butter =) Just add salt & pepper or whatever other spice you want. Highly recommended.
