Our Story

Song: Healer by Hillsong, This is a sneak peek of a video that I made with my siblings. I want to make it clear that this is NOT us being exploited. I am going to film school and submitted this as my project. My two siblings who are teenagers now agreed to help me make this. I know what it feels like to be in foster care and have my story plastered all over the news, if I can change one life it will be worth it. I pray our heart touches your heart. I had the absolute privilege of working with these children at school. They are all wonderful and beautiful! I am so deeply saddened by this. I had no idea this had even happened to them....you are an amazing woman! May God richly bless you and your family!

How could anyone hurt these beautiful children? I cried. To hear someone so small say words you never would imagine hearing from such age tore me apart. I hope each and everyone of those kids finds a loving home.

my husband and i have foster over 14 children in little over 6 years and adopted 2 special need boys and are hoping to adopted more soon ... all of those children are so beautiful.... hugs to all of them

I've been to your family's website before, independently of seeing this video, and really enjoyed it.

Today, I happened upon this an am appalled that there's no anonymity - two people have already commented that they know these girls. It's good you're telling your story, but you should have the choice of where and when it's disclosed, not to everyone on the internet. Teenagers may regret this decision later.

And having girls in bikinis after sharing this story of sexual abuse is twisted.

U R suppose 2protect your children's privacy, & help them heal through therapy & nurturing. Not make them more vulnerable by exposing their issues 2the world. At this age, your kids should not be burdened w/the repercussions from YOUR CHOICE 2post their issues on youtube. The MOST effective Adoption advocates R ADULT adoptees that R healthy successful happy contributors 2society, who CHOOSE 2share their story. Not kids placed in front of a camera by their self serving parents, w/an agenda.

Hi I am a preacher/writer too. I do it online. Your mom is very capable! wonder how she managed to get enough financial resource to support you all. I want to adopt too. I know that some children are snatched from home by government agencies through force though. Anyhow by God's grace I am going to contribute some help. Are all your adopted siblings Christians now? I read that you want to open orphanage oversea. I wanted to do that too, and it seems North Amercia has great need too.
