Our roads are increasingly busy and bicycle riders have to share the road with cars, trucks, buses and trams. Sharing the road with larger vehicles in particular requires awareness, skills and strategies.

  • was 0:36 suppose to be an example of safe or unsafe cycling? that small white van had to half move into the right lane to keep the "1m" distance. but the cyclist had to keep away from the doors too.

if it were me, i would've taken the lane and pelted it so that cars would be less inclined to attempt an overtake. at least until i see an empty parking lane.

  • It's always great to see cyclists riding responsibily.
