i think this is the transitioning time of her voice...like a couple years after this her voice is really high, and now and days its pretty low...but this performance is so unique and soooo pretty because its like her "80s" voice mixed in with her late 90s voice!...i love her outfit!! she is ridiculously pretty! :)

A little background on this great song, Donna Summer and Bruce Sudano (then her boyfriend, and for the past 29 years her husband) wrote this song as a way to explain why his parents were breaking up after a very long marriage
(happily Bruce's parents got back together).
The song was then recorded by Dolly Parton and went to number 1 on the Country Charts in late 1979.
Reba recorded it for her album of cover songs, Starting
Over.
The song is not on any of Donna's albums.

this is so great...I love and hate this song..because my husband left me after 27 years and I had to start over at 50....but i could listen to Reba sing anything!!! Good job with video....
