Jason scenes-1998-Clip 197-200

Jason and Brenda hear a helicopter and Brenda is convinced it's Jax. They manage to light a flare. The helicopter passes and they bicker about whether or not they'll ever be rescued. He tells her that she has to give up on hoping and magic and things that won't do them any good. He reassures her that they'll survive whether it was Jax in the chopper or not. She asks him again about why Sonny left her, and he refuses to answer again. They look at the sky and suddenly Brenda hears Jax calling for her. He had seen the flare, set the chopper down, and came back for her. Edward is lamenting the "loss" of Jason and his regrets about him, while also being glad he has Michael in the house, when Jason kicks the door open and storms in. Emily tells him the baby is upstairs and Jason goes to get him while Edward shouts his usual threats and insults after him. Jason takes the baby and leaves .At the penthouse, Jason talks to Michael about his absence. Benny arrives and they discuss business. Jason wants to go to Puerto Rico that night Jason brings Michael to see Carly at the happy farm. She's thrilled to see them both. Carly tells Jason how Bobbie came through for her during his absence and how the Quartermaines behaved when they thought he was dead. He tells her that he's made progress on her case and that when the publicity dies down he can get her out. Jason says he's taking Michael to Puerto Rico with him.
