die straße ist ein hammer.sind sie letztes jahr das erste mal gefahren und haben oben auf einem hof übernachtet.kurz hinter dem hof konnten wir von hoch oben in den aurlandsfjorden blicken und den anfang des nærøyfjorden sehen.beeindruckend!
am besten ist es man fährt einmal über den alten pass und zurück durch den lærdalstunnel.der totale kontrast.

Schönes Video. Das sieht nach einem perfekten Urlaub aus. Nach Norwegen können wir ihnen Kanada zum Urlaubmachen empfehlen :)

After a fjord trip at the west-coast stop in Bergen&Ålesund! The cities are fantastic!

I totally agree. Aurlandvegen is absolutely fantastic. Definitely breathtaking.We drove along that route last year; we started on the other side in Lærdal on our way to my father-in-law's hometown in Ulvik (georgeous place). We camped along the road for the night at about then started our tour late in the morning and stopped by the outlook point.,,Can't get enough of fjords so---Trollstigen, here we come!!!

Shhhh!
This is a hidden treasure.
To me it's the #1 mountainroute, it starts at sealevel, climbs up to 1300 meters, stays there for a while, then descenting down to sealevels at the end.
NOTE! This road is only open in summerseason.
Looks like I have to record a video showing how it looks when drive the opposite direction , that's the real way to drive ;-)
