John Bergin's FROM INSIDE - first 3 minutes

You have no idea how hard i'm waiting for this movie. even though it will never come out here in austria. the first three minutes alone looks like a master piece.

Based on the epic graphic novel by John Bergin, FROM INSIDE is the tale of Cee, a young pregnant woman who finds herself on a damaged train slowly transcribing its way across a bleak, apocalyptic landscape. Flood, war, starvation, and a plague of death threaten the train's passengers. Cee struggles through these dangers while coping with the memory of her lost husband and the imminent birth of her child.

I saw the whole thing for the first time at a film festival!

It was so great that I cant ever tell you how great it was!

Those of you who haven't seen it are in for a real treat!

only that this treat isn't meant for me as it seems. I really have no Idea how I could possibly see this film. I doubt there will be some sort of release in austrian arthouse theatres. I hope so much that Bergin is going to put it on DVD and sell it on grindertool.

I can't wait to see this film!!! I have the book, I wish I could find more books like it, or films like this.... Insanely awesome and dark book, The film is gunna be badass!!! Whoohooo!!!

Have you tried amazon? i got my copy from there. john bergin is also working on some kind of a remake of the book, changing some pictures and the colouring of some pages a little bit. i'm pretty sure it might hit some independent comicbookstores pretty soon.

if you like the style of from inside, i can highly recommend "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and "HellSpawn", both comics follow kinda the same formular if it comes down to the artistic style and the colouring, both books got a very dark and sinister story too.

any director that thinks anyone ever needs to see a train chugging along for 3 solid minutes WITH NOTHING HAPPENING is obviously not a director who is going to make a good movie
