Often when an area is rich in oil, the area becomes (even more) impoverished. Why? Foreign companies take the oil and frequently import their own workers to work there (in essence they are stealing jobs), they fuel wars, conflicts and general discord among the inhabitants of the area due to their actions. These conflicts actually benefit the oil companies as they effectly divert the negative attention of their thefts to something else. It is speculated that the Darfur conflict is caused by oil.

Your comment was self-contradictory, and thus the content of your message in its entirety is very hard for many people to consider either truthful or significant in any way. You should rephrase your observation to look less judgemental & cantankerous so that it would be easier to internalize for us fucking white racist bitches.
Oh, and to comment your actual message I must say that I agree with you to a certain degree, but since YouTube doesn't allow lengthy messages, I can't be more detailed.

He's not entirely wrong. Nigeria has the fastest growing telecom industry, building satellites, etc. They have the potential to lead the continent and build a GDP over trillions. But they have to deal with the corruption, wealth gap, etc. Throw in some universal healthcare, hire as much people as possible for infrastructure work, provide free college education. It will change everything.

there should be a patrol of soldiers who stomp the shit outta pregnant bitches and kick 14 year boys in the balls so this population can no longer breed. poison was my first thought, but i would hate for nature to suffer anymore because of this cancerous city. also a squad of ball kickers and prego stompers creates employment, promotes fitness and social awareness.
