If you want to get leaner, faster, more muscular, stronger, bigger, and have more conditioning, but you don't have a game plan, then you will surely fail.

Therefore, in these two videos, I will show you exactly step by step how to create a personalize workout routine that will match your fitness goals, and your schedule.

WHAT I HAVE FOR YOU:
In this video I will show you exactly how to properly create a workout routine that will fit your fitness and athletic needs as well as your schedule.

WHAT IT WILL DO FOR YOU:
First, the "blueprint" I share with you will help to eliminate lots of confusion on how and when to workout. It will show you when is the best time of year to get lean and when is the best time to gain muscle.

Second, it will show you how to cycle your workouts (periodization) so that you have the right amount of training and rest.

Third, I will show you exactly how many days a week to workout and get maximum results without over training and destroying your body.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
After you watch the video, determine what time of the year you are in so that you train in harmony with nature. Then look at your work schedule and decide whether you should work out 4 or 3 times a week.

Also, when you finish watching this video, go to my website at:

No SPAM no bullshit, just training advice that will help get you leaner, stronger, faster, quicker, and have more endurance!

See you next time.

  • Great video. Just had one question- how would you work around having an extra curricular activity ? For example I have karate on Tuesdays, and Thursdays and we do a lot of push ups and crunches even though it's mostly endurance. Does that affect your workout routine at all ?

  • @frost2021 - The pushups/crunches will just drain your energy, that's all. Just make sure you do the weight training after the karate training. This goes for any sport, not just karate. This will prevent injuries. Also, keep your weights under 85% of your 1 RM just to be safe. It's not necessary to go heavier because it will start to hurt your karate technique, and do not go to failure. Do what you can and stop when you can't do no more.

  • i like it

  • @ahmadrichmond - I'm glad you found it helpful bro.

  • Great vid!

  • what do i do if i want to workout 6 times a week and work each muscle group twice per week ??? how do i plan this ??

  • What research is this based on because I do not believe its our body naturally preparing for winter. Cold weather and winter probably prevent people from working outside and physical activity decreases. Meaning more people spend time in front of the tv and chomping down on food. If you workout consistently, you won't gain weight over the winter

  • these videos are exactly what ive been searching for to get the extra knowledge and edge for my workouts and gains. Thanks dude, subscribed

  • You stutter on thoughts often in this video, yet I still found this quite useful.
