  • it's cool, but this says "butcher a pig", I see half a pig and it's not fully butchered, just cut into primal cuts.

  • @flamedrag18 fair points, and I guess comes down to semantics on what we understand butchery to mean. Hope you weren't too disappointed.

  • @flamedrag18 Agreed. Anyone with a few months of experience could saw a half a hog into primals in a minute or two. I'll be impressed when he can cut a whole hog into every spec retail cut in under ten minutes.
