Hehe, My controller abilities are like this, except not as fine tuned, i need to learn how to spaz my arm in my left arm rather than use my right arm to hit the fast strumming on the green and red.

I'm not sure what I'm on for this particular run. I play 3, 4, or 5, just depends on my mood. It's kind of sad though, I have become dependent on hyperspeed.

does ur hands ever hurt how do u hold the controller srry im asking so many questions i just want to be able to play on the controller like u

yes, playing fast songs hurts a lot. The Way It Ends, for example, hurts your wrists really bad while you are playing it, passing that song is all about endurance, which comes from practice.I hold the controller pretty normally, left index for red, left middle for green, left thumb for star power/whammy, right middle for blue, right index for yellow, right thumb for orange.although, when I play fast notes, usually my whole arm is moving, but the same fingers usually always play the same buttons.

when you are playing a single note (not a chord), the game only picks up the "highest" note being pressed down at the time and registers it. knowing this, you can hold down the blue button and quickly alternate-press the green and red buttons to hit a series of fast blue notes, its a bit like double-strumming for the controller, the only problem it that it doesn't work for fast red or green notes, because you need those buttons to alt-strum.
