Every travel business needs to use Adwords & Trip Advisor. The results are amazing. I always research hotels before I travel ... and changed one in LA based on the reviews on Trip Advisor.

The site is advertising where to find prostitutes during your travel. Reported it and support sided with the advertisers in bullying me. May be you can respond now as I have the evidence.

On the contrary the property owners get a first hand feedback of what their guests experienced during their stay. This keeps the team motivated and committed.

Mr Kaufer there is no material benefit to you destroying other people businesses by allowing people to put malicious, and personalised reviews on Trip Advisor. I understand that sometimes businesses make a mistake but that doesnt mean that reviews should be left on your website for life but they should be removed after one to two months maximum. Please dont be deaf and listen to my plea !
