Love this video! Very informative and helpful for me. I was looking carefully into packs and narrowed it down to the Ruff Wear approach and palisade. I was concerned the palisade was too large and bulky, especially on my more petite framed dog, and this video has confirmed my decision for the approach. It looks plenty large enough for what we need, without all the extra space, bells, and whistles.
Being able to see it fitted on a real dog, not to mentioned explained very well, has been invalua

Hey thanks for posting the video, I'm planning on getting my boxers the approach pack (30in, 32 in, and 34in) and I was hoping to find a video of how it fit around them :) Absolutely beautiful dog by the way!

Your dog shows signs of fear. Try beating your girlfriend instead and see if it the dog improves. haha jk

Thanks bud, beautiful dog and great owner, id agree with the cane corso mix. Am looking at getting one of these for my staffy amstaff mix. Love to hear how this pack has gone and lasted since you posted this video.

I recently got this pack for my blue weimaraner , he has a 31" chest and it fits him really well. I'm looking forward to trying it out for the first time on the hike this weekend, it looks really well made, I love ruff wear products.
Your pup is gorgeous btw :)
newnie - I think you'll like it. Your boxer will have the same sprung rib cage as my pup. It's not until I get over4 pounds on each side of the Approach Pack that I start to see it move around. But at any weight, it has to be equally distributed or it'll shift to heavier side. Cheers.

66chevyo - I'd rather not waste my time responding to your ignorant and childish comment. I will say that you're mistaking submission for fear here. I can point you to some great resources to learn more about dog behavior and training if you like.

I've been really pleased with the pack - you'll really like it.
Thanks for the compliment, I'm not sure what breed he is. I adopted him about 3 year ago and have heard suggestions of all kinds. Cane Corso and mastiff/bully mix are the most common.
