@Gamrahhh in terms of single combos, yes, but not in terms of damage done quickly.
Yang won't take half your life in a single combo, but can certainly take 20~25%, and do that VERY frequently. His damage is very consistent, and all his combos lead to knockdowns, which combined with his speed and stun is why he's ranked quite high.
