Hardskopez, it was just a vac leak. If I remember right it did this when I got into boost. I blew apart one of those rubber nipples on my intake. Do a pressure test from the turbo to intake and you'll be surprised what you need to seal.
Oh, and it's a 95 with a 98 rear bumper
