Sly's not a bodybuilder, but in certain things he has gone further than bodybuilders...
When training for Rocky 3, he got down to 2.8% of fat. Mr Olympia at the time, had 3.5...
And something else...Take a look in the training scene of Rocky 4, where he does reverse crunches while hanging. Do you know many bodybuilders who can do this?? Important detail...the guy is raising FROM HIS KNEES!!!!!!! And a second detail...He was 40 years old...
