im guessing this is a normal occurence for CSX? another one of thier coal trains derailed again yesterday in quantico.

Yes, I shot the video myself this morning. The first clips you see are on the east bank that all the reporters were on. The last shots were from the more inaccessible west bank of the river. It was announced by CSX this evening that the derailed cars were a runaway cut from the nearby Anacostia yard.
