I just started doing cambered bar squats and I love how tight my upper back gets from squeezing the vertical sections of the bar. I also recently tried some lunges with that bar for accessory work; I'll post a video soon
We had actually just shoved the monolift to a spot in the gym that was out of the way since we have MASSIVE renovation going on right now. Our floor kinda sucks because it's made to drain water out a door that no longer exists. Turns out that we put the lift right on the most uneven part of the floor which caused a hell of a lot of form issues from having our toes raised about 2" above our heels. Really made us lean forward too much and it was screwing me up.
