I know, and now the Chemical Brothers have been sued from this song.
Najat Aatabou did her song in 1987, whereas Galvanize came out in 2005.

Did you try searching the lyrics on google? Just put the text and "lyrics" at the end. Maybe it´ll work.
Im also searching for a song that appeared in a car commercial, I think, it says something like "you´re gonna get it, ..... all the time..."... tried on google and on forums, no results.
