UMM, wrong idea with buddys negotiation... he explains that he is a "pro", and then negotiates to do even MORE work, for LESS money! How does that equate to being a pro? It detracts from his professionalism, and his profits. BAd biz move:( I do commend the guy on his business thinking and marketing activities...keep up your good work. PS. My landscaper charges $25 per week, and sends illegals to do the work, they finish in 15 minutes! Find ways to lower your costs, not profits
