@banklikefrankwhite1 Funny thing is, Shaq's acting/music wasn't just a hobby or something he did in his spare time, he really wanted to make it big in showbiz and thought he could branch out into other areas, problem is he didn't play his strengths (his filmography and discography are evident of this). At least now Shaq realises this, let's just hope he doesn't try to to “Green Egg an' Ham it” any time soon. {:P

@Algahiem lol, shaq hired like 10 different free throw shooting coaches...some things just aren't meant to be

either way i get what you're saying...but i think if i was shaq, and i could do whatever i wanted, i'd make an album too. other athletes have made songs, none of them have gotten in to rotation on a music video channel or radio

just because they have money and are successful don't mean they can't do what they want in their spare time.

But seriously, While Shaq is one of the best players in the NBA, he should have used that time and effort on improving his free throws rather than selling out as a rapper/actor.

BTW, I'm more into Run DMC myself.

@Algahiem he's better than you at all three though...and i've listened to all great hip hop artists from the mid 80's to the beginning of the 2000's. shaq is not bad. there have been a lot worse that made it somehow, you probably listen to those too
