this review came out when the aluminum macbook first came out. Back then, they didn't have the express card slot.

I really want the new macbook. what stops me is when i think about whats going to come out next. and the drop in price in some time just like with the old white one. iv got a Dell latitude D520 right now. good comp. just craving an apple :)

I own one and noticed that if properly calibrated, the screen is pretty good - worlds apart from the default factory setting. Regarding the viewing angles, the vertical viewing angles is indeed not very good but not that bad - pretty much similar with 90% of the other windows laptops out there. The horizontal viewing angle however is much better then my old white Macbook.
