Or at least I think I know:
It was pretty obvious he is someone with connection to the police, probably inside.
And his name starts with "MA (r?)...." It can't be Minelli as some have sugested.

So, there was this cop/detective in 1x07 "Seeing Red" called "Marco Francis". I don't know why, but he didn't seem like a one time character to me. And it imidiately occured to me that he might play a bad guy.

What do you think?! Am I the only one to think that?

Maybe. But if he was going to give a name I don't think he would have bothered to write "He is". I was thinking it meant "He is many". Maybe Red John is not just one guy?
