  • I wonder how much this man was paid to say this. And I wonder why the CornRefinersAssoc paid a cardiologist to say this. Surely it would have been way more believable if they just paid a nutritionist? It's also laughable how he cleverly uses words such as 'essentially' and 'unique' to twist his own words and make his statements ambiguous. I'll also never trust a man who tells me that fat should be limited. Funny how the leanest bodybuilders often follow 40-60% fat diets.

  • Speaking of misconceptions, HFCS is a natural product? Are you kidding me? I'm pretty sure it can't be found anywhere in nature without going through a refinement process. Just because something's derived from a plant doesn't mean it's natural....cough....cocaine.
