You can equip any person in the whole game world doing reverse pick pocket. Pick pocket someone and place a weapon or armor into there inventory, Now fast travel away then back again, They now will have what ever you gave them equipped, This works with all armor and weapons, Now you can steal there one of a kind clothing or weapon if you want to, This way you don't have to kill them. I have a few clips up showing how to do this, You might want to watch them.

You can find it if you search the Slaver Barracks in Paradise Falls (It is on a shelf). Next to it is a holotape labeled "Burn this Goddamn Jumpsuit." In it you hear an unnamed Slaver request that the jumpsuit be destroyed fearing that its former wearer may come back for revenge.

This clip was made and posted before any DLC came out (January 11, 2009). Yes there is a Chinese Stealth Suit you get awarded for completing Operation Anchorage.

@FTWBASSMAN you get the prototype medical power armor in the old olney sewers but I'm prettu sure you need power armour training for the dead body to appear
