Why would I need my version of Risotto to be acclaimed by a "noteable foodie"? Quite pathetic if you live your life on the words of a food critic
As to this method of risotto...this is complicated compared to what you need to do for Risotto. This method is done by a chef who has been working within a busy kitchen...so you don't need the perfect temp or wait for the exact minutes needed. Simply just need to throw things in a pan and check up on it every few mins

@Upinyogr1ll This isn't complicated at all, are you serious right now? Have you tasted good risotto from any good restaurant? Have you tried any from an Italian or in Italy? And most importantly, is YOUR "recipe" of risotto acclaimed by a notable foodie? no so why dont all of you stop hating since you dont know what you're talking about.

Video is complete bollocks by the way...risotto is mostly about experimenting and personal touches. Such as I simply have Chicken and Green peppercorns in mine, as well as having it thick and not runny like in the video
