They are Fozzils and yes they fold flat :-) They make a plate with low sides, a bowl and a cup - also a spoon. You can use them as a cutting board as well.

I use them quite a bit - they are one of my main sources for bulk items (like butter powder, veggies, etc) but they also make some very good meals.
