Who made Ryuk and L voices in the South Park versions? Is tight is almost like the real voices actor from Death Note.

That's a natural response, I'm the reason you see this South Park version of L and Ryuk. I made the South Park versions of them and did the voices of them both.

Not exactly, it's a fan-character I made up for DBGT. But, instead I changed him to South Park style. I also have GT Kid Goku, Z Goku-SSJ3, SSJ4 Goku, Kid Buu and Freeza made in South Park style. But, yeah, he's a parody of the Saiya-jin's from DBZ, but I think you knew that.
