The Ohio State University Center for personalized health care held its third national conference on Personalized Health Care, October 14-15, 2010. The theme of this year's conference was "Advancing Predictive, Preventive, Personalized, and Participatory Medicine" Topics focus on the care delivery model, applications of genetics/genomics in clinical medicine, the latest breakthroughs in science and the challenges of making personalized health care a reality. The conference will bring together academic leaders, industry experts, government policy makers and healthcare providers from around the nation to discuss the latest developments in personalized medicine research and the challenges of translating these discoveries into clinical practice.
