Im not holy at all. Yet I completely disagree with what she did. What she is saying is idealistic and impossible. In my opinion, she was mearly an attention-monger looking for a cause. Brave? Yes. Meaningful? No.

this was her dixie chicks moment LOL

She is so brave!

I was at that concert it was loud not so much booing just noise. She should have sung the song and taken a cue from Dylans performances in the 60s when he was booed. He just went on with the show..

Ok, what I don't get is that the lyrics of the song she was originally slated to sing (I Believe in You) were WRITTEN for the unfortunate situation she found herself in with the negative r esponse of the crowd. WRITTEN for that very situation. Listen to the lyrics and then witness the incident. The song SPEAKS DIRECTLY to that situation. So, my fleeting question is, if those songs and lyrics meant so much to her, WHY didn;t she SING THE SONG?

Ok about 2 weeks before this happened, Sinead O'connor was on Saturday Night Live. She tore up a picture of Pope John Paul II and called him evil (the video is on Youtube) Then when she came here, everyone booed her and she couldnt sing so she had to get off the stage
