By request, some easy-listening music. The late Maynard Ferguson recorded "Danny Boy" over 40 years ago. I play this in his honor.

And, you know, I don't know when I first heard this tune, but it was certainly when I was a child. I loved it then and I love it now. As Louis Armstrong would say, "it's one of those old-time good ones." It's immortal, it'll never die, it's a marvel, it's gorgeous.

  • i just do it with my lips

  • if u dont know how to do vibrato on a brass instrument, then u better learn how to, its not hard, just dont do what i did when i first tried to, which was using my air to do vibrato, i use my lips and a tiny bit of air to support. (I play euphonium too)
