20 rep squats 170lbs / 77.5kg at body weight 155 lbs / 70kg Date: 15/07/2010
I haven't been squatting long so i guess there's still plenty of time to up the poundage!
At the start when i stop i actually forget how many ive done so i did 21 :) instead of the 20

Then again before this i did do a single at 231 lbs / 105 kg, the video is also being uploaded so please watch that also!

Would like to know anyone's opinion on my form please and ALL advice is much appreciated :)



I reckon i eat much more than the average person my age (15) and probably older, drink like around at least 1.5+ litres of milk per day. Like the original squats and milk program advises.

  • How long have you been doing this 20 rep squat? Did you get any good gains?

  • @MetaIhead89 This was over a year ago. But, within 3 weeks (9 sessions) i increased my squat by 15kg, however, i can't say that was because of the workout most likely to do with my beginner gains at the time. Just try it out loads of people have great success with it. Good luck.

  • holy shit. that was gutsy. I mean that was way to much weight. You gutted it out but dude. Start at a lower weight if you only can do 4 in a row. You should be able to do at least 8 in a row before stopping. lol. good job though

  • @bright5086200 I know where your coming from but since i had bad shoes, yeah i know my problem, i had to reset my feet but still thanks for the comment

  • miscellaneous and random dont have the same meaning, dumbass.

  • flat soled shoes are actually better than most for squatting. def no running shoes or shox or bs like that
