How long have you been doing this 20 rep squat? Did you get any good gains?

@MetaIhead89 This was over a year ago. But, within 3 weeks (9 sessions) i increased my squat by 15kg, however, i can't say that was because of the workout most likely to do with my beginner gains at the time. Just try it out loads of people have great success with it. Good luck.

holy shit. that was gutsy. I mean that was way to much weight. You gutted it out but dude. Start at a lower weight if you only can do 4 in a row. You should be able to do at least 8 in a row before stopping. lol. good job though
