@Ebenoozen Oh, yes... I call them "swizzle sticks". The one I have in my house works fine, but I prefer dishwashers (I used to have one) without the center spray arm, as it DOES take up space...

My 2002 version of this machine has been an absolute nightmare. Noisey, subject to re-calls and adjustments, and what's up with that telescoping center spray nozzle? What engineer came up with that bright idea? I swear that half the time, the thing doesn't work, and just takes up valuable pots and pans space. After three years, I had to replace the wracks, as they became all rusted and nasty. I have to practically use a cocktail of Liquid Plumber and battery acid to get the dishes clean.
