I always felt that Jem and Dazzler were very much alike, so I took the 90s cartoon of x-men and add Jem in it to be Dazzler becuase I really didnt like he X-mens cartoon Dazzler. Heres how I think Dazzler should have looked with pink hair and all.

  • Hehehe, funny. Who knew Scott was a Jem fan?

I wonder if we'll ever see Dazzler as a regular in any future X-Men cartoons...

  • @KingCharltonHeston She was featured on Wolverine and the X-Men, but her role wasn't that big. Still it was nice to see her little cameo.

  • I think the comic book's Dazzler got her 80's style from a singer named Marie Fredriksson from the rock band Roxette. Rocker's were a big inspiration to comic book artists back in those days.

  • You know I think you're right!

  • @ffx2fan122 Well, they're wrong. LOL It's rumored that her second look was modeled after Olivia Newton-John's shorter hair as well as Jamie Lee Curtis' crotch-thrustin' epic PERFECT. Regardless, it was not Marie Fredricksson. Dazz was sporting the look years before Roxette broke out.

  • @ffx2fan122 Yeah I know she was. Poor Dazzler, the Pryde of the X-Men pilot was probably her best shot at being a series regular for any X-Men cartoon.

  • @TheAsianCritic I think it was Chaka Khan or blue system who sang the song "body heat"

  • @centerkiller123 I think Chaka Khan or blue system sang the song "Body HEAT"

  • Anybody knows title of this song and who performes it ?

  • nice vid, but who sang that song?

  • And as for Storm, you can look up Modjadji VI and the Rain Queens of South Africa. I'm sure they were the inspiration behind developments in that character, as well. Even CNN reported on these women who locals and early Dutch settlers believed had power over the clouds.
