Pantamit during it's 24 hour per day protest which is in it's 59th day , keeps the pressure on the current Thai Government on this warm day, the 21st of July 2008. I very much liked the music towards the end of this video, so calm, so peaceful in it's sound. For a more clear version of this video, please go to Vimeo dot com for a better view.

Just to add a footnote---Thaksin claims to be a royalist too. In fact he is leaving Thailand even though he is a defendant in many legal cases to meet Princess Sirindhorn in Beijing when in fact he is meeting Pres. Bush. The Shinawatra family ties with Bush and the oil business as it concerns the recent Preah Viharn controversy (the temple is just a pawn) is known by Thais --- but not out there in English sadly.

Kob Khun Ka, Ipsut.
My family and I watch ASTV 24/7 *and* rent videos of public news coverage which has downplayed the Pantamit movement. People don't have to agree with PAD 100% but in all honesty, they represent a progressive force. While the west thinks that "royalists" like PAD are conservative the truth is *anyone* can claim loyalty to the monarchy---the issues presented by PAD are forward thinking and for the most part *liberal.
