Today I will show you my version of Pane Cotto, which translates to Cooked Bread. Some of you may have heard of this dish and some may have not, but it is very good.

What you'll need:
Stale Bread
Arugula
Cannellini Beans
Garlic
Olive Oil
Hot Chili Peppers

  • Give it a little turn and what? It seemed to be cut short a bit, it stopped mid soaking the arugula in awesomeness. Do you combine the dishes?

  • @roxtafari lol, sorry about that, we were supposed to add him eating it at the end, but we didn't get a chance to. That was pretty much it. Once the bread has been mixed with all of the Olive Oil and Garlic its ready to be served. They are two separate dishes.

  • I'm fascinated by your cooking videos because I think so many of us who grew up in the 70's-90's ate meals from cans and boxes. I think you doing this is a wonderful way to keep these techniques that have existed for hundreds of years, alive.

    - Could you make a lasagne or manicotti

    - Could you make a video about what life was like when you were a kid/young man? Also touch on some things you feel seem to be lost in our culture.

Again, thanks so much for taking the time to do these.

  • I like this recipe it's similar to one of my Great Grandmothers.. Mouth was watering when the hot oil was getting poured on. Very nice
