@wamji84 Not all great goaltenders were great in their first couple of seasons... Yes, Price is STILL a prospect, I don't think we have seen his best play yet, we've only seen glimpses of it... Bottom line, everyone needs to relax and let things happen before pre-judging, he's only 23 for crying out loud...

@DN64 yup bust that is still the probleme,Price is not Roy,at all...and Price is also still a prospect,everybody heard of is game,but nobody saw it yet(in the nhl tho),even Roy himself said after the canadiens beat washington in the playoff,that he was not sure he could have bounce back like Halak did,he said we owe him respect,the best goalie in the world said that...... :(

@wamji84 If you go back in history, 1984, you will see a very similar situation that occured in Montreal. Penny/Roy. We were 8th place after the season and Penny had just brought us to the playoff semi-finals. We traded Penny away and kept Roy. Penny didn't do much after that. Need I say what Roy did afterwards. It doesn't automatically mean the same will occur, but Price didn't cost nearly as much as Halak and we got 2 prospects out of it also. My sources are my own... SIT DOWN...
