EAs new action-adventure title Dantes Inferno is loosely based on the epic poem by Dante Alighieri. Dante is the main character in the game and he must go on an epic quest to find his lost love that has been taken by Satan.

Dante´s Inferno is based on Classical Literature,

a Medieval Christian Vision of Hell.

This is not Mithology like God of War.

Kratos is a son of God who has escaped from hell.

Dante is only a Mortal and he digs in hell,

not too mention that the combats are at 60phrames per sec.

Games will always use features from others..

God of War Quick time event is actually from a Game called Max pane

now most Games have Quick time Event.

You know what this game should really be rated r and only for 18 yearolds because even though its a game there is still something that made this such a bad influence and truly evil because it puts you to a place where everything is in chaos. I'm christian and I strongly recomend that this game should be kept an eye on!

Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but it's a coincidence since your name is based on a Metallica song, which in turn in based on paintings by Heironymous Bosch, which are in turn based around concepts of Dante's Inferno, the poem.
