You had my attention with teaching kids how to handle a firearm, heck we teach them how to have sex. A firearm is just a tool, lot different than a boy poking his thingy into her thingy. We teach them how to hold a pencil when they're kids. Excellent rant. Bless yall.

@jeroling I don't have the exact numbers right off hand, but I'd love to see the number of individuals who are already prohibited firearm possessors (criminals and such) who do NOT have concealed carry permits that have killed others. I'd gladly bet money that the number is much, MUCH higher than the number you've cited.
