Two tinfoil plates between two glass panes can broadcast and receive energy.
Place a metal rod (car antenna) above them, and the transmission of energy
is enhanced. Tin foil plates are different areas (golden ratio).

  • what I've done here is not unlike a capacitor ... only the plates are not parallel. The electric field, surging up and down, however, is felt by the other tin-foil conductor just fine. At the low frequency I'm using, the standing wave is HUGE even if the voltage/cm is not.
