It's a greens mower, though they could be adjusted for higher grass than that. It looks like a Greensmaster 3100, or similar.

So many things wrong. 1 I assume by the age of the mower it has 7 blade reels and that is way to many for the hight of cut that the lawn is, I would suggest 5 blade reels. 2. Your ground speed is too fast if you do want to cut the grass at that hight, might I suggest Snail. 3 back that bed knife off on the reel thats clicking it's WAAAAYY to tight.
